The session itself lasts about 2 hours, which is a very relaxing, soothing, calming experience, you will learn some great tools to help you handle the stresses of your daily life while you release the denser negative energies within.
During the session you are always in control and only positive suggestions are offered as we clear away the old, self sabotaging parts of you and any negative energies associated with events from the past.

You may wonder if Hypnosis and Reiki would be effective over the phone rather than in person, and the answer to that question would be a definite YES. The key in this work lies in you having the ability to completely relax and let yourself go, so in actuality, doing the work over the phone is much more effective for success because you get to be in the comfort of your own home, in a quiet undisturbed space, in your own comfort zone while we work together over the phone.

It is ideal to have a headset, which is simply an ear piece, during the session to free your hands so you can relax, which can be purchased at your local cell phone store for next to nothing.
